Kings Canyon National Park


Burned out tree you can walk through. 





Back side of the U. S. Grant tree. It was partially burned in a fire. It is believed to be over 3000 years old. It is the second tallest Sequoia in the World.

Climbing on a Sequoia that had fallen. 


I guess she is tired now. That looked like a hard climb. 


Hey KW, what are you doing? Oh man, you made me lose count. What are you counting?  I'm counting rings to see how old this tree is. I think it is 1700 years old, or it was.
