Free Day at Sea, Whaaaaaat !!

Where to tour guide?  We are off to St. Cloud MN.  What is MN dot?  KW, it is an abbreviation for Minnesota.  OH yeah that's right, I knew that, wink, wink.  This will be  free day.  Oh yeah, like the Cruise guy gets free days at sea.  Yes, but we will be driving.  Whose driving today?  Mrs. tour guide is, why?  Oh man, that means lots of traffic that will make me very nervous.  KW, just get in the back and buckle up.


Oh no, tour guide, what is all the water on the windshield?  It's pouring down.  Whoa, look out now there is white goo in all over.  KW, it's only a car wash. Oh yeah I remember now.




CJ, we may as well take a nap, we are getting ready to do old peoples stuff.  Antique Mall on the right.  See, I knew it, Mrs. tour guide is going off the exit.  KW, are you coming in?  Oh no, KW don't do old peoples stuff.  Wait up, I will come in to see what you do in the old peoples store.

Check it out CJ, Mrs. tour guide in looking for license plates.  She only needs Louisiana to complete all 50 states.

WOW tour guide, that was a lot of fun.  I may just have to come in all the time when we stop at old peoples stores.  See, I told you it was fun.  Ok, tour guide, don't get too carried away.  Now where to tour guide.  We are heading through Northfield Minnesota.  Now where have I heard that name before.  Oh no, here goes KW's vivid imagination again.  Tour guide, Northfield Minnesota, are you kidding me, the James-Younger Gang might be there. Tour guide, they are bank robbers.  No KW, I'm not kidding you, if I were kidding I would say a horse walks into a bar and the bartender says, wait for it.  Yeah I know, he says why the long face. Yuk, Yuk, Yuk.

KW, we made it through Northfield without seeing any bank robbers.  Where are we now?  We are coming into St. Paul MN. Yeah, but look ahead at all that traffic.  See, I told you I would be nervous.

Hey tour guide, look over there, is that a futuristic city.  Oh man, there could be space aliens.  Oh my KW, you sure do let your mind wonder all over the place.  Well it looks like outer space to me.  I believe it is a oil refinery.  Yeah I guess it could be that too.  Let's go with oil refinery. 

Hey tour guide, this is a cool toy.  KW, what are you doing?  OK, I finally got the top off.  That was hard since I do not have thumbs.  This is really cool.  Hey CJ, come on over and play.  This is one of those old people's toys from that old people's store.

Jason had a problem finding Jasmine last night.  He searched every where in the house.  He finally heard a meow and she popped up out of this basket.  I guess I need to install cameras. 

The Northfield Minnesota Raid:

The Rocky Cut raid (On July 7, 1876, the James-Younger Gang robbed the Missouri Pacific Railroad at the "Rocky Cut" near Otterville Missouri) set the stage for the final act of the James-Younger Gang:  The famous Northfield  Minnesota raid of September 7, 1876.  The target was the First National Bank of Northfield, which was far outside of the gang's usual territory.  Northfield residents had seen the gang leave a local restaurant and were waiting for them when they came out of the bank.  The angry townspeople surrounded them and nearly wiped out the entire gang.
