Day 4 - Boy Kansas is a Big state

The tour guides went for a walk. we looked out side. Looks dark and nasty. This is tornado country. Hey look, McDonalds. 

I think we will stay in and do yoga.  Start with stretching.

On the road again. When do I get to drive. 

 

First stop, Independence Mo. We are going to some old guys house. National Historic Site. Who is this guy, any way. 

Oh, look, the tour guides are back. This is KW & CJ's Most Excellent Adventure.  They need to start their own blog. 

  

Walked a half mile to see this guys old house. I think they called it his summer White House. 

 

Walked back to the visitors center. Going to get more passport stamps. Yipeeee, it's my turn to stamp. I think I did good. 

 

Going to lunch. Going to get real KC bbq. 

 

Oh boy, here comes the food. looks yumm. 

 

Back in the car again. Off to another National Historic Site. When do I get to drive?
