Day 5 - Toto we're not in Kansas anymore

We are off to Denver, but first we need to get out of Kansas. This is the longest state. Looks a lot better out there today.  Here we go. One more time, when do I get to drive? Ok, if I can't drive, can we sit back here? silence, must mean no. 

 

Ok, we have 410 miles to Denver. Will someone please let me drive? Guess the answer to driving is still no. 

 

Hey tour guides, what are those things? What do they do? Why are they in that big field? Why do they keep turning?

Oh goodie, check this out. The tour guides have now taken an usie with us in it. So is that a groupie? Is he paying attention to his driving?

 
 

Finally out of Kansas. We are now in Colorado. 

 

Oh boy,  I get to drive. Oh wait, how do I reach the gas pedal?  Guess this was a bad idea after. Hey tour guide, you may drive. 

 

Would you look at that. Cows in a swimin hole. Must be hot outside. 

 

Hey tour guide, this looks cool man. Can we do this. It's a tour of Colorado. What's Marijuana anyway?

Can we get room service to turn down our bed for the night? What do you mean there's no room service. Oh well, we will just sleep here.  
Tomorrow is another day. We are off to Utah. That should be fun. I hear there are lots of rocks to look at.

PS: Did you know interstate 70 begins in Baltimore. There is a sign as soon as you get on. 1700 miles to Denver. They are correct.
